CALL NOTICE FROM JIM HUME MSP12.00.00am BST (GMT +0100) Wed 16th Apr 2008 ELECTION CAMPAIGN LAUNCH IN DALBEATTIE Jim Hume, MSP for the South of Scotland, and Nicol Stephen MSP, will launch their by election campaign for the Abbey Ward tomorrow (16th April 2008), incorporating a walkabout visit to some of the local shops.
